We work closely with clients throughout the course of a mandate.
Preparation and planning is key and begins with understanding the client’s business and market, requirements and constraints, and expectations. Agreeing objectives and the scope of a mandate including the respective roles and responsibilities of the client and Newbridge ensures we are aligned form the outset. We also carry out due diligence on the client which is essentially asking the questions that potential investors and other counter-parties will ask.
Thereafter, we collect and analyse data as port of problem solving and formulating strategies for the mandate. We review and add to or prepare new marketing and other materials as well as assisting with legal documentation, as required.
We have processes for different services, especially with capital raising, which provide a framework for monitoring /review and, where necessary, to revise and modify strategies, materials and whatever else as part of achieving a successful outcome.
