Justin O'Connor

Justin has over 35 years’ experience of the real estate industry with broad expertise within investment, development and fund management. He has worked in the UK, Europe, North America, Middle East and APAC. Prior to co-founding Newbridge Capital Partners in 2020, Justin was Global CEO of Savills Investment Management where he grew a small UK fund manager with USD0.5bn AuM and 10 employees in 2004 into an international group with USD20bn AuM, 18 offices and 250 employees.

He has also had senior roles at Henderson Global Investors (now Nuveen), transforming real estate operations for internal clients into a third-party manager with a series of unlisted funds; at Lend Lease, managing the investments of a large Australian listed REIT; and at AMP Society, managing real estate development projects in offices and retail.

 

Justin holds a Bachelor of Urban Planning from the University of Melbourne, a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University and the Financial Times Non-Executive Director Diploma. He is fluent in English and Swedish.
