Elisabeth has more than 30 years' experience in global real estate investment management and financing as well as successfully building new businesses in UK/Europe, Asia and the Americas. She has pioneered innovative investment strategies including the development and launch of real estate impact strategies. She has a detailed understanding of global capital flows in real estate and has raised over EUR 7bn in equity from institutional investors thanks to deep and enduring client relationships.

 

Prior to joining Newbridge, Elisabeth was a Managing Director at PGIM Real Estate, where she was responsible for business development and capital raising for global real estate investment products. Before that, Elisabeth was a Director at ING Real Estate (now CBRE Investment Management) working with international funds and institutional clients. Her earlier career was in investment banking and real estate finance with ING Barings, Sumitomo Bank and Hammerson in London.

 

Elisabeth qualified as an Advocate & Solicitor in Singapore and holds a Master of Laws (University College, London), a Bachelor of Laws (National University of Singapore) and the Financial Times Non Executive Director Diploma. She sits on the board of Real Estate Balance.
